2 – First Thursday Art Walk

Be inspired by the works of local artists in a community-wide, self-guided tour of artistic displays at a variety of downtown businesses. This event is produced by the Downtown Clarksville Association, and admission is free. The Customs House Museum & Cultural Center is open with free admission during each First Thursday Art Walk from 5-8 PM.

3 – Cumberland Winds in Recital

7:00 PM | 100 Franklin Street | $20

Cumberland Winds will feature the fine musicians from our community who make up the group during a member’s recital at the Roxy Regional Theatre on Friday, May 3, at 7:00 pm. Featuring soloists and small ensembles performing varied styles and types of music in the intimate setting of Clarksville's oldest professional theatre, the evening will include flute, horn and clarinet soloists; a clarinet trio; sax and guitar jazz duo; a low brass duo; sax quartet; and the Cumberland Winds Flute Section.

4 – Cooling at the Cave

7:30 – 9:30 PM | 401 Old Dunbar Cave Road | Walk-In: $25 or Car: $65

Join Cumberland Winds for dancing and live jazz at the mouth of the cave. This fundraising event provides support to projects and improvements at Dunbar Cave State Park. The park will be closed to the general public during the event. There are a limited number of tables and chairs that will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests are advised to bring chairs.

4 – Q108 Vintage Fair

10:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 1100 Dunlop Lane | $10

Come out to spend a day with friends and family. Beachaven Winery offers the perfect location to sample local wines and shop from handmade artisans in an intimate venue. Explore booths offering everything from antiques, furniture, handmade goods, and more. Wine tastings, local food, and a relaxed atmosphere make this the perfect Saturday.

5 – Sunday on Strawberry

Sunday on Strawberry is a monthly market highlighting local businesses, artisans, and makers. The market is located in the parking lot of the Millan/Regions Bank building on Strawberry Alley.

5 – Sunday at 3:00: Inside Baseball

3:00 PM | 200 South Second Street | Free & Open to the Public

Join Clarksville native and former Major League Baseball pitcher Ryne Harper in conversation with sportscaster and baseball historian Phil Wood. They’ll track Harper’s path to the majors and talk about the game today through a historical lens, from the explosion of player salaries to the impact of legalized gambling on the sport.

10 – Asian and Pacific Islander Celebration

3:00 – 9:00 PM | 8 Champions Way | Free & Open to the Public

Join API Clarksville at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center on Friday, May 10th for their third annual Asian and Pacific Islander Celebration. There will be cultural displays, performances, and food. Doors open at 3:00 PM and the performances start at 5:00.

11 – Historic Collinsville Planting Day

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 4711 Weakley Road | Ages 13+: $14; Ages 3-12: $8; 0-3: Free with paying adult

Share your passion for gardening and be part of a group planting flowers, herbs, and vegetables to beautify the pioneer settlement and help support wildlife in the area. Plants will be provided. Guests are invited to bring their own gloves and small gardening tools. Plant and soil donations are welcome. Master Gardeners will be on hand to help. In addition to planting, there will be plant-themed activities along with 19th-century music, docents on-site, food for purchase, and more.

11 & 18 – Historic Greenwood Cemetery Tour

11 – March to the Past

The Friends of Fort Defiance will host a day of 19th-century living history demonstrations including Civil War camp life, musket and artillery firing, period cooking, and children's activities. Join them to learn more about Tennessee's history. Special musical guests “Stringed Beats” will perform from 10 AM until 2 PM.

11 – MoCo Movie Night: Tangled

The Downtown Commons is excited to host its fourth annual MoCo Movie Nights for a family fun night in Downtown Clarksville. Join them once a month through August to watch your favorite family movies.

11 – Strawberry Jam Festival

Have a berrylicious time at the 2-Day Strawberry Jam Festival. It will be a jam-packed day of strawberry goodness and live music groups at Eldridge Farms in Woodlawn, TN. 11 – Downtown Market Grand Opening

This weekly open-air market features fresh produce from local farms, local handmade goods, ready-to-eat food, live music, and more. Be sure to keep an eye out for the Market mascot, Corny the Cob, during your visit.

15 – Breaking Benjamin Concert

16 – Summer Concert Series

Join Clarksville this summer from 6 pm until 9 pm on the third Thursday of the month from May to August for a free concert series featuring local music and food trucks in its neighborhood parks. The May concert will be held at McGregor Park.

17 – Downtown @ Sundown

Join Downtown Commons to kick off its first Downtown @ Sundown concert with The Party Feels! The Party Feels will play an assortment of music from the ’70s, ’80s, ’90s, and today! The Downtown @ Sundown Concert Series will be held on select Fridays May through October. Each event will offer a night of free music and entertainment. Beer and other beverages will be for sale and a variety of independent food trucks will line up on Main Street. Chairs and blankets are welcome; however, pets, coolers, smoking/vaping, or outside alcohol will not be allowed on site.

18 – AFL: Nashville Kats vs. Georgia Force

As part of the Arena Football League's (AFL) exciting 16-market relaunch, the Nashville Kats are set to deliver a riveting season of high-energy football, showcasing the sport's thrilling return to Nashville. A special Kats game will take place at F&M Bank Arena for Armed Forces Day on May 18 vs. the Georgia Force. Fans are in for a season filled with action and entertainment.

18 – End of School Bash

JumpMaster Inflatables will be hosting its highly anticipated 3rd Annual End-of-School Inflatable Bash at the picturesque Beachaven Vineyard & Winery. Clarksville's only event of its kind, this inflatable extravaganza promises to be an unforgettable experience for kids of all ages. With an impressive lineup of over 15 bounce houses, obstacle courses, bounce and slide combos, a foam pit, and even a toddler area featuring mini bounce houses and a ball pit for the littlest attendees, there will be no shortage of thrilling activities to enjoy. 18 – Bands at the Brewstillery

25 – Clarksville Anime Fest

Head to the 2nd Annual Anime-Fest in Town at the Quality Inn Exit 4 Hotel. It's fun for the whole family and kids enjoy free admission. There will be voice actors, panels, a maid cafe, a lip sync battle, and a cosplay contest.

27 – Sango Night Market Grand Opening

A night market aimed to bring culture and identity to the Sango community with real farmers, fresh food, and local artisans. The market will be held every Monday Night from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

31 – Sloshed-Speare: The Two Gentlemen of Verona

Join the Roxy while they entertain and educate audiences with a fresh and modern-ish take on the works of the literary lush himself, William Shakespeare. By incorporating an abridged Shakespeare play with some adult beverages thrown in, they’re spreading the word of the Bard in a fun, engaging, and entertaining way. With every donation of $5 or more, a player of your choosing gets to pull from our hat an improvised scenario to perform, thus switching up the show on the fly in a highly interactive and fun new way!

Various Dates – The SpongeBob Musical

Plunge into this stunning all-singing, all-dancing, dynamic stage show!
